Come join us at the dance studio Saturday, August 30th from 10am - 12pm. We’ll have some music to dance to, videos to watch and treats for everyone stopping by. It’s a great opportunity to check out the studio, meet Teacher Terry and see how a neighborhood dance studio should be.
Take the First Step in Performance Dance
One of the best investments you can make in your child's future is in dance classes. Act 1 Dance Studio has been teaching children tap, ballet, and jazz since 1964. Started in Oakland, California, we are now offering kids dance classes in Campbell, California off Hamilton near San Tomas. We are centrally located in the South Bay Area only a few miles away from San Jose, Milpitas, Santa Clara and Los Gatos.
Our focus is on developing confidence, coordination and self-esteem in children through dance instruction. We aren't interested in competitions with flashy, expensive outfits that will only be worn once. Rather, our Superstar incentive program awards children for having a positive attitude, paying attention in class and striving to improve.

We have a newly redesigned dance studio with 1,800 sq ft of dancing surface, changing rooms and cubbies to store clothing.
Complimentary First Dance Lesson
We're confident that you and your dancer will love our teaching style. If you are not fully satisfied, please consider the first lesson on the house. It's important that every child finds the right dance instructor, and you'll never know if you'll like it here until you try us out.
To take advantage of this offer, simply register your dancer for any open class for their age level. On the day of their scheduled class, come by the dance studio ready to have fun. Anytime after that session, let us know what you think. No payment is due until you return for your second lesson.
